What facilities are available?
Camping are at OWN RISK and the organizers and farm will not take any responsibilities for any injuries or loss of and damage to equipment!
Is there electricity?
NONE. There are NO electrical points to charge cell phones/laptops etc.
Can I bring a generator?
Yes. But only a silent (less than 70 db) one and the people with generators will be asked to park at the back of the venue out of respect for the other campers.

YOU are responsible for your own child/ren! The organizers of Mighty Men DO NOT take any responsibilities for them.
Children are to attend the services WITH their dads and not left alone during services.
Are fires allowed?
NO open fires. Only gas equipment and gas braai`s allowed (certified equipment only). There will be a communal area for braaing.
We have 2 dams on the farm but NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED!
What must I bring?
Bible, your tent, sleeping equipment (mattress – optional, pillow, sleeping bag), chair, warm clothes, toilet paper, toiletries, suntan lotion or raincoat, black rubbish bags for your rubbish, 25 lit water for a handwash! An expectant heart!
How do I get to Sandringham Farm?
There will be signposts on the R304 and Sandringham Rd, Stellenbosch

Are there toilet and shower facilities?
There are enough toilets but NO SHOWERS. Please bring your own toilet paper.
Are you geared for the disabled?
Rules about Bikes and Busses
Parking of vehicles is at the owner’s risk. Your vehicle must be locked at all times.
All vehicles to be parked at designated parking area.
Busses must park in the designated area.
Please inform us if you intend to arrive by bus so that we can plan ahead for bus parking.
Do I need to bring my own food?
You may bring your own food or you can purchase food from the stalls on the camp.
Will there be security on site?
There will be camp marshals to ensure that all regulations are adhered to for your safety. For your security and that of others, we reserve the right to have anyone removed from the camp that causes any risk to harm to himself or to other visitors. We are not responsible for the safety of your possessions.
What food will be available?
Water, Boerewors rolls, Hamburgers, Boepens broodjies, Biltong, Chocolates; sweets; chips, cold drinks, Fizzy, Still, Fruit Juice.
What other stalls will be on site?
There will also be clothing and book vendors on site.
Do I need to bring money with me?
Yes you may bring cash. There will also be an ATM available. Some vendors will make use of card facilities.
What do I need money for?
There will be food, cool drink and clothing stalls available.
What is your firearm policy?
NO firearms allowed. For your own safety and that of others. You WILL be asked to leave the premises if you bring a firearm.
Can I bring alcohol?
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED!
Is music allowed?
In respect for all campers, NO music is allowed. Only hand instruments like guitars allowed between 08:00 and 21:00
Are there rubbish bins available?
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLACK BAGS AND TAKE YOUR RUBBISH WITH YOU.

What happens if I forget or lost my ticket?
A no ticket, no entry policy is implemented to ensure controlled access
Is there a program available?
The program will be announced on the website the week before the conference.
